Bookings and participation
Access is personal and may not be shared. Sessions may be rescheduled subject to the notice terms shown at booking. Missed private sessions or late cancellations may be treated as delivered.
Refund policy
Unless a checkout or TagMango registration page states otherwise, digital downloads and low-cost live masterclass fees are non-refundable once access details are issued. For coaching programmes, any cooling-off period, cancellation terms and eligible refund amount will be stated before payment. Completed sessions and delivered materials are not refundable.
Intellectual property
CWH frameworks, worksheets, recordings and materials are for your personal use. They may not be copied, sold, republished or used to deliver competing services without written permission.
Conduct and limitation
We may end participation for abusive, unlawful or disruptive conduct. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim.
