About Sripathi Mortha
Hi, I’m Sripathi Mortha, founder of Career Wealth Hub.
I created Career Wealth Hub because I know how confusing career decisions can feel. You may be capable and hardworking, yet still feel unsure about your direction, overlooked by employers, underpaid for your contribution or uncertain about what to do next.
Over the past 20 years, I have worked across recruitment and HR, business development, international education advisory, technology consulting and enterprise-level IT management. My experience has included working with leading UK universities in their IT departments and supporting professionals, candidates, clients and businesses across India, Europe, the United States and the United Kingdom.
These experiences have allowed me to see the career journey from different perspectives. I understand what candidates need, what employers value, how businesses make decisions and how professionals can communicate their strengths more effectively.
I have also built and managed businesses, worked with international clients, created opportunities and made difficult career and business decisions of my own. Like you, I have had to learn, adapt, take risks and keep moving forward when the path was not always obvious.
My experience has shown me that many capable professionals do not lack potential. They often lack clarity, positioning, confidence and a practical system for turning their experience into opportunity.
That is why I created Career Wealth Hub.
